The Brief
To replace the original bespoke kitchen within this stunning London villa house with a current take on a shaker kitchen with enhanced storage, working space and improved engagement between chef and guest within the open plan living space.
Elements
The cooker elevation has everything set for the chef to hand. Pan storage, prep sink with boiling water and ample prep space to place a hot pan. Food storage is all together with the large integrated fridge & freezer and larder cabinet conveniently concealed next to the walk-in pantry and out of view from the more sociable areas of the kitchen. To further enhance the streamlined function of the space the sink and companion bin and dishwasher are discreetly tucked away from view of the open plan living space.
A peninsula was preferred over an island to create the best working space and social element. With seating to the front whilst offering generous storage for crockery and bakeware. Giving the chef a space to work whilst interacting with the rest of the room.
